Bakeries have a wide array of application configurations. Jackets are used quite frequently in bakery applications to avoid contaminating any mixtures of food material with propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is the main mixture used in food grade applications for it is not as harmful and dangerous as ethylene glycol. WPI can supply propylene glycol needed for your job as well.
